My boyfriend and I both became extremely ill after both eating the bacon wrapped shrimp and the spinach dip. I suspect it was the shrimp.

My boyfriend had it the worst,his hands went numb and he almost passed out.

I ate a bowl of it this morning and it was all I ate, I was feeling severely sick after with intense stomach pain and cold sweats.
