Around 1pm I ate fettuccine Alfredo from here and around 8pm my symptoms started with terrible cramping. Around 8:30 i started with diarrhea and around 9pm started with vomiting as well. Cramping constantly with a trip to the bathroom about every 20 minutes  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

my children all got fettuccine alfredo i ate 2 breadsticks and their fried mozzarella. we ate at 830, my daughter started profusely vomiting at 1am followed by my son at 230 am my oldest started throwing up and my son started getting diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

share my dogs strong-heart food as a child. those are the only two items I tasted. I started feeling nauseated and hot and that's when diarrhea started. after 2 watery movements, I threw up and started getting hotter and weak. I took kaopectate and Nausea meds but it did no good. by midnight I was so sick, I wanted to go to the ER but I have 2 small children, and I couldn't leave them. I had so many watery diarrhea movements that I had to use baby wipes to clean myself and a&d ointment because my rectum was literally raw. I also had a very restless night from getting up and down to use the bathroom, and I had to sleep in an adult diaper (from when I took care of my elderly mother). the next day my daughter had to come over and take care of the kids because I didn't feel strong enough to get out of bed. I was weak and dehydrated. and drinking water caused me to vomit more.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness

was fine prior to eating it, but a few hour later, I began feeling nauseous followed by continuous vomiting and diarrhea. I have no doubt I got food poisoning from the food I consumed at this place. It is now Tuesday, and I am still feeling the effects of the food poisoning, I finally stopped vomiting but the diarrhea had not ceased.
