2 hours after eating Lucky Charms cereal, I had chills and severe abdominal cramps and diarrhea lasting 3 hours. It was horrendous as I went to the bathroom approximately 30 times. No one else got sick and this is the only food I solely ate.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Chills
