April 5, 2022, Not sure. But after reading about Lucky Charms, I realized I ate a similar cereal and am wondering if it could be related. Name of cereal is Giant Eagle Marshmallow Adventures. It is similar to Lucky Charms with oat cereal and marshmallows. Severe pain in lower left side  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
