Vomitted sausage roll meat up which still looked whole, felt belt almost immediately after vomitting it up. Convinced it was the sausage roll as I'm never sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Suspected source: Greggs sausage roll and steak bake
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Additional information: Food looked a little under done,ate at 5pm 4/12/2024 awoke 4.30am next morning with stomach cramps diarrhoea and vomiting

Greggs in tesco, bought a sausage roll, tasted really funny so binned it, my missus said the same. 40 mins later severe stomach pain, followed by sickness and diarrhoea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
