I was doing fine the night before, however, early this morning, I woke up to an immense pain in my stomach. I got up, threw up, and now I’ve also got diarrhea. I’m suspecting it was the Hershey’s pie/cake I got, because I haven’t felt any symptoms until I ate that Hershey’s.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
