Today hormel comleats rice and chicken meal from Charlotte north Carolina and I'm sick and my 2 children got sick as well. Were all beyond sick can't eat or drink anything just vomit it up. I had to take them to hospital looks like hormel is the culprit  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

Suspected source: Hormel bacon bits
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: Me
Additional information: Horrible vomiting lasting 3-4 hours and diarrhea, both at same time. Chills, sweating profusely.

Ate approximately 2.servings. Onset was 2-4 hours. Woke up in medical shock, diaphoretic, weak, shaky. Had projectile vomiting and hemorrhagic diarrhea. Reported it to Hormel Foods.
