My daughter got sick after dinner on 2/10 after dinner. Severe abdominal cramping and diarrhea. She paid for all inclusive package but now cant eat or enjoy the resort and is sick in bed.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps
