Second day started feeling like I was dying, passed out in the restroom, I didn’t feel my legs they felt numb (dehydration), the resort didn’t have a doctor at the moment, I had to take a taxi to the hospital who charged me $400 (dollars) for an injection, the hotel didn’t take any responsibility.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration

Never left the resort, was not drinking alcohol and used bottled water for everything and somehow got violently ill... all signs point to the food. I am wondering if it was the club buffet.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
