My friend and I both felt symptoms 24 hours ago. By noon yesterday she was very ill and I soon followed around 4. The next morning we feel somewhat better but need to be close to a bathroom! Only ate at the hotel. Nonstop diarrhea since the morning after our first evening at the resort. I would say I’m getting used to the food but I was in Mazatlan less than 6 months ago and had no issues.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
