Had a burger on 11/26/2018. 3 hours later i was vomiting and Diarrhea. got so weak i could not get out of bed. The burger is the only thing i ate all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

I had a burger and fries around 1pm, started feeling a little nauseated shortly after. When I got home around 5 30 PM, the nausea got worse and I started having diarrhea. I started getting the chills, started shaking and threw up chunkcs of fries and onions. Felt much better after throwing up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Shaking
