Had 2 grilled cheeses with grilled onions, fries and a root beer. I ended up with food poisoning- severe cramping, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and finally bloody diarrhea last night and again this morning. May go to hospital if it continues.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Had a plain double double (meat, cheese and bun) at 1pm. Its 6pm now and I just threw up 4 times, and went #2 twice. The vomit consisted of the meat and cheese from the burger. This is the second time this particular establishment has given me food poisoning. Scared to go back. :-(  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate at about 7:30 P.M. and with the cheeseburger with onions and a coke. 10 hours later I woke up to throwing up. I had a fever, nausea and awful diarrhea.
