Ate around 5:30 pm and started feeling the symptoms around 8 but fell asleep only to wake up at 1:00 am with severe stomach pain trouble breathing and the runs it’s 3 in the morning now and I haven’t thrown up by the stomach are definitely at a 10 out of 10  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ate tacos last night around 8pm and this morning (4am) woke up vomiting, abdominal pain, nauseas, and diarrhea. Its 942 am and im still feeling the same... but add the headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
