Super bad stomach pain/cramps got the pomegranate paradise smoothie with the daily vitamin boost around 3:30pm on November 4 2019 then around 7pm symptoms started and have continued on into the next day  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
