Feb. 4, 2017. l got severe food poisoning after eating at Jason’s Deli where I eat probably 3 to 4 times a week. I had the salad bar and a bowl of vegetable soup. I have been so weak. I just became able to let you know.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

Jason's deli @ DAL DALLAS LOVEFIELD AIRPORT. Ordered the beef sandwich and 1 hr later was puking, fever, pale, diarrhea. Puked on the plane and had diarrhea for two hours straight all the way to San Francisco when I puked up the food it was all the meats and bread  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
