Had a club lulu lettuce wrap with cheese and no tomato for dinner. Starting getting stomach cramps that evening. Was down for the count for two days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I had a Italian night club unwich with peppers and no tomatoes around 9pm last night. I woke up with extreme stomach pains around 1am with the chills and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
