I had an Italian sub lite mayo, oil and vinegar, red pepper flakes yesterday for lunch. About an hr after I had severe stomach cramps and have had diarrhea and nausea ever since. It's been over 34 hrs now. I had to miss work today due to this  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Saturday evening The sub I ate Yes, about 5 hours after eating the sub, I had severe stomach ache and stomach cramping. I was in so much pain, I had to visit the Emergency Room where they confirmed it was food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
