Last Thursday , the 22nd my son eat a Salami sandwich.
Saturday morning he started vomiting , and had diarrhea for 7 hours, I took him to the ER.
He was administered an IV with fluids , received CTA scan , and was diagnosed with E.Coli , infection/inflammation in colon.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

My wife and I ordered it on April 3rd for lunch. I had diarrhea that night. However, I had stomach aches, nausea, and extreme diarrhea the next day. My wife also had nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea on April 4th. My symptoms lasted until the 6th.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

April 15, 2021 I ordered a bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich. I had diarrhea 2 1/2 days later which lasted 5 days. There were three of us who bought sandwiches and 2 of us got sick at the same time.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

We got a catered lunch from this location. All of the staff got sick, 3 people had to call off.
I personally ate 1 mini sandwich which was like 2 in big (the vito) others had the vito and turkey. I ate it at 2pm. By 8pm… See more

I had a gargantuan sub on 4/17 and ate half of it. I ate the other half on Mon. 4/19 (refrigerated) about 3-4 hours after eating the last half i felt horrible. It's now 4/22 and I'm still sick with the same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other
