I have had green diarrhea the last three times I ate cereal from a particular box of lucky charms. The other box I had has not incurred this effect. This third time was so severe that I made four bathroom trips in a single day and had occasional stomach upset as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Green Stool
