Ate a big mac, and a few hours later i woke up at 230 to throwing up until 730am this morning. I ate the big kac around 6. My little brother as well had the same symptoms and around thr same time  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

my son ate a big mac and fries and we headed to our gate ate our meal and shortly after take off my son wasent feeling good and when we got home he was vomiting stomach pain up all night went to urgent care doctor ssid it was food poisoning that was the only thing he ate  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
