My son ate chicken nuggets. Went to sleep fine woke deathly ill. Had to go to an ER clinic. came home to Odessa and this morning he is going in for more IV because 3 days later he is still so  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever

French fries or plain tea., I stopped there alone. The fries weren't hot, but ate them anyway, with ketchup from packet. About 5.5 hrs later, I was vomiting. Diarrhea came a few hrs after. I was feverish and nauseous. 3 days later and just starting to keep food down.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I never eat McDonald’s, but ended up having 2 chunks of SEVERELY underdone chicken strip and a 10 piece nugget around 1:30pm (they ran out of strips and had to give me nugs instead). The only other thing I had to eat that night was a packaged… See more

I ate Mcdonald’s at 7:15 pm yesterday and went home and was fine, then woke up at 7 am to go to work and had horrible abdominal pain, diarrhea and nausea which then turned into frequent vomiting. I was the only one who ate it.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea
