I ate the fries last night around 730pm i believe. After eating them i instantly didnt feel good i have had the runs since then and ive been puking both yellowish and nasty tasting. I have had hot and cold moment to. I know what food poisoning is. Ive had it before so i know that's what i have.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

McDouble meal with fries and Coke Zero
Within a few hours I had the worst abdominal cramps in my life. Within a few hours of that starting I was VIOLENTLY throwing up. Now 2 days later and still feeling effects, extreme abdominal cramping.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Yesterday night I gave my dog a cheeseburger from McDonald’s
The next day (today) she was sick with a minor fever, lethargic, vomiting, and had no appetite for the whole day
