I eat mcdonalds once a week being on the road for work. I've never experienced symptoms like this. I have twin boys and domestic partner it's not the flu clearly they be sick as well. this is last thing I ate before tragedy struck. 48 hours of sickness  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Took my family at 7 pm on Saturday the 3rd of February 2018. Woke up around 2 am and was sick as a dog for the next 7 hours. Didn't report it to the manager, but tomorrow I will report it to the health department.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
