5 year old had a cheeseburger happy meal around noon, complained of stomach pain right before going to bed at 9pm, woke up at 5am and vomited, again at 7:30a unlike when he has the stomach bug he is in pain.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Only thing I ate that other people in my family didn't. I got 2 Quarter pounders and a large orange hi-c. about 4 hours later I began throwing up which lasted about 12 hours, diarrhea lasted 36 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I went to Mcdonald's around 6 and had a McChicken sandwich. About an hour after so started getting symptoms; headache, nausea, fever. Then I woke up in the middle of the night around 2 am and started vomiting every 30 minutes until 10 am. Now it's 6:57… See more

I ordered a double quarter pounder and the meat had a somewhat funny taste to it, but I was hungry and couldn't go back out for something different so I ate the burger. A few hours later I felt like someone had punched me in the gut as I suffered from diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and a fever.
