Got a hamburger, fries, mozzarella bites and a McFlurry my boyfriend got food too he is fine the only thing i ate differently to him was the burger. Ive been very sick for hours after and this is not the first time i was sick a few years back from the same McDonalds  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
