I ate a Mac Donald's on Sunday, March 5, 2023 in the evening (Royal Deluxe, fries, nuggets, deluxe sauce). During the night of Sunday to Monday, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

Ate a wrap and an ice cream there yesterday around 4 pm.. around 6:30pm it started with stomach cramps.. around 8:30pm
