A big mac. Got it with my girlfriend I guess t a big Mac and she got a double cheeseburger I ate my big Mac we watched movies for a couple hours and went to bed I woke up and was in such pain iny stomach I have been stuck in the bathroom for almost 2 hours puking and dealing with diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
