Observed approximately 35-40 mice droppings in the following areas: on the floor behind the cooking equipment under the ventilation hood, on the metal pans on the shelving unit closest to the entrance of the rear food prep area,in the lower level of the metal shelving unit in the rear food prep area, under the shelving unit where the microwave is stored in the front food prep area, on the table where the nemco equipment is stored in the front food prep area, under the black decker microwave in the front food prep area, on the floor near to the hot logix holding unit at the front food prep area, on the lids of the bucket of benr premium plus containers in the chemical storage closet, on the electrical boxes at the front food prep area, on top of the garbage containers in the area closest to the lobby. Also observed approximately 3-4 small flies throughout the facility. Also, observed two live roaches one was observed on the green ledge in the front food prep area and on the floor behind the hot holding equipment under the ventilation hood. Instructed to remove all evidence of pest, eliminate pest/insect activity, clean and sanitize affected areas. Recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority violation 7-38-020(a), no citation issued
