Ate at 12:30. I had truffle mac and my husband had the bbq mac. He drank vanilla barqs, and I had a little lemon herbal tea, and mostly vanilla coke. We both got seriously ill within 10 minutes or so. He was "gurgling" and I had awful stomach pains. We both had (have) nausea and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

I had the buttered noodles with grilled chicken at about 2 pm. Shortly after I got home from work a little after 5 pm, I started having an upset stomach and diarrhea. This continued for the rest of the night and the next day, along with a slight fever and intense stomach pains.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Several hours after eating my wife and I both got sick vomiting diarrea very bad night at the toilet, good thing we have two. Next day very bad up set stomachs and some toilet problems.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate the Wisconsin macaroni and cheese with meatballs. When I got it there was a peculoar looking onion on top that didn't smell or look good. I took the onion off and proceeded to eat the macaroni and cheese  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

My son and grandson are there sept17 both me and my grandson had Mac and cheese. My son had something different.
