Eating Nutella, Only I consumed it took about 5 days but it was consumed daily. I ate Nutella daily for 5 days and I have had vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, cramps, nausea and a lot of cold, and a malaise almost on the verge of unpacking  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Stomach Pain

Additional information: It is a Swedish condiment that is basically Nutella but a different brand  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
