Had dinner last night around 8pm woke up at 130am puke trying to come out my nose. throw up then had diarrhea 3 times in an hour can't go back to bed. I ate here less than 24 hours from this posting and I feel extremely sick. I can't stop going to the bathroom whether it be for near vomiting or painful BM's.
