On Sunday, March 9th, 2025, around 6 pm in Louisville Kentucky at El Nopal (Eastern Parkway) I ordered Tilapia tostadas and veggie fajitas. The fajitas had meat in it and the tilapia was cold. My partner and I got sick within 24 hrs and spend all night vomiting and feeling deathly nauseous.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills

We were out celebrating my nieces 18th birthday, and one of our guest became nauseous seven hours later and the extremely ill about 15 hours after eating. It was extreme vomiting and lasted about 24 hours.
