Adult son and I both became sick hours after eating at PF Changs. Next day both of us went to urgent care for dehydration. Sick for 4 days and missed work. We ate double pan fried vegetable noodles in common. 3 other people in our party did not get sick and did not eat the noodles.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration

Ate at PF C in Las Vegas Had the Peppered Shrimp both my new phew and I
A few hours later we both had sever cramping and some severe stomach discomfort
We are both non drinkers so no alcohol was present in our systems

Ordered the crispy honey shrimp. The shrimp tasted fine, but the brown rice looked and tasted stale. Within an hour of eating, began experiencing vomiting and diarrhea. Took Imodium a few hours later, but vomiting and diarrhea persisted. Currently trying to keep myself hydrated as best as possible.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had the honey shrimp and chicken egg roll. Wonton soup and crab ragoons. Rob had a chicken dish. He also had some crab ragoons. Within an hour was i throwing up perfusely. Shaking like a leaf and my headache is unbareable. Still can't keep anything down today. Not even water.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Shaking
