On Thursday evening before the gym I went to grab a bite to eat! While I was at the gym flexing I felt a little discomfort in my belly. On May 6, 2021, I ate chow mein and orange chicken. About 4-5 hours my symptoms started. I got so dehydrated and my symptoms would not go away I had to get IV fluids.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
