My kids and I picked up orange chicken and rice yesterday (it’s the only meal we all ate). We’ve been puking for almost 24 hours now. On March 30th 2021, I ate a teriyaki bowl with fried rice. The next day I got diarrhea and started feeling a strong pain in my stomach/abdomen  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I ordered the Orange Chicken, Honey Chicken and Fried Rice. After eating my meal I was fine then about 30 minutes later I felt very nauseous. I ran into my house and projectile vomited and had diarrhea at the same time. I believe this was caused from the food.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
