I ordered a pizza from papa John's with grilled chicken, jalapenos, and olives in the morning and ate it and was studying for my exam and got an urge to vomit. So I threw up all the pizza I had and then I had to call off for work because I feel very sick.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Ate 4 slices of meat feast pizza friday evening around 830pm went to bed woke up at 6am vomitting and diarrhea until 6pm. This was persistant and it also came with cold hot sweats nearly fainting and extreme tiredness.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
