Once I saw it I stopped eating

Friday the 8th, 3pm under cooked very pink parts of the burger i noticed, so i picked around it and only ate half of the burger. I don't know how much of it i had already consumed prior to noticing it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

The kids chicken breast which I had was very pink and rubber like but still ate it as I thought it was just due to the chicken being frozen befor cooking. Now am in agony and can’t keep off the toilet. Never again  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
