I order a personal pan pizza and chicken terriyaki wings. Ate them on my lunch break and two hours later I was feeling weak . So I started vomiting, have severe diareah,and nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

Got meatball and pepperoni pizza for carry out. I arrived a few minutes early but it was ready. Meatballs were cold. 3 hours later nausea, stomach cramps and severe gas.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Cramps

I ordered a large pizza. I ate a couple of slices. 2 hours later I began feeling sick. I couldn't sleep and was in the bathroom all night. I was vomiting everywhere. Went to the hospital the next morning where they verified it was food poisoning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
