I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and within 20 min I got sick ., It was about 20 min before I got sick. I ended up having to miss work on Thurs. To go to urgent care. I just wanted to report it.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

We ate chicken wraps. Mother felt sick at least a little while after eating there and now has full blown queasiness and gas from stomach. No vomiting yet. I ate the wraps and had no reaction so I don’t know if it’s an outbreak or just some bad food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Gas

I got there tacos left on the way back home to rockypoint,nc I had to pull over at a gas station and call 911 I looked pale sweating stomach hurt diarrhea as soon as I told EMS I just ate there he told me he has had the same thing happen to him  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain
