3 days later at Doctors with severe cramps. after getting blood and urine tests, found bacteria. been on antibiotics almost a week now, still not 60% tests came back for e-coil.

September 27th eat a prince Royal an Frisco melt, girlfriend got food too we both got shakes. Nutella an dark chocolate both are still sick two days later, vomiting diarrhea cramps stomache pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I ordered and ate a chicken finger meal (consisted of 3 chicken strips, with fries, and honey mustard), and a vanilla and chocolate milkshake. I ate this at 1:30 am 2:45-5am I experienced 3.5 hrs of painful stomach cramps, diarrhea. And then woke up at about 12pm to more stomach cramps and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

I order a number 16 chicken tender combo with a oreo shake and after a couple hours I begin having dihaerra vomiting anything I eat or drink. My room mate just ordered the same and is now going through the same thing.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
