Not sure, meatball marinara sub  Had meatball marinara sub at 2pm. By 7pm feeling nauseous, then vomiting all night every hour with fever, chills, diarrhea and stomach pain. All the food that came up was meatball marinara like it didn’t even digest. It happened After eating at here yesterday ,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain, Nausea
