Ate around 1330 hours on Friday April 1, 2016. Ordered a 6" chicken teriyaki with light mayo and lettuce.
It was the only thing I ate different that day from my fiancé, he did not get sick.

My mom began vomitting after 1 hour of eating a chicken teriyaki sandwich at this subway location. She suffered from diarrhea all day yesterday and continued to vomit throughout the day. We are convinced it was the sandwich from subway since it happened only 1 hr after she ate there.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
