May 9th, 2023 had 2 tacos from seaside Oregon taco bell. Within an hour was cramping then had bloody diarrhea. Hours later temporary partial blindness. Employee was impatient with my husband's ordering ( husband hard of hearing) so I almost wonder if it was intentional.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Something else

This was the only thing I ate yesterday around 8pm. I had a Crunchwrap and spicy soft potato wrap. Food tasted…okay ish, Baja blast however did not (perhaps lines needed cleaned) Onset of nausea began 4-4.5 hours later. Managed to sleep and woke up at 8am this… See more

Last night’s at midnight eat here this morning woke with with severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, nausea, headache, bodyaches, hot and cold My wife had a spicy burrito and I had a Mexican pizza So it was at midnight we ate see why this place.
