I ate the nacho fries with queso, 5 layer burrito, and Crunchwrap surpreme around 8:30 pm on 7/27/18. I woke up around 2 am with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea that persisted until 4 pm 7/28/18. Weakness, fatigue and headache still persist.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Fatigue

Had 2 crunchy tacos and 1 beef burrito supreme. Had 8 packs mild sauce. After 2 hours of finishing my meal, I started with diarrhea and nausea. It has been about 21 hours and still have diarrhea and stomach pains.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
