I ate the xxl chicken burritos combo around 2 or 3 am started throwing up at 4 or 5 am. Went into the emergency room around 10 or 11 m on 2/14/18 received peripheral IV fluids still have a bruise from the IV. Started feeling a bit better this morning on 2/17/18  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ORDERED TWO POTATO SOFT TACOS AND A ORANGE SLUSHY. THIS WAS THE ONLY MEAL I ATE OUTSIDE MY HOME YESTERDAY. 2 HOURS LATER I WAS HOLDING MY STOMACH IN PAIN, 3 HOURS LATER VOMIT, AND 4 HOURS LATER I THOUGHT IO WAS GOING TO DIE!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
