Had two crunchy tacos and a Mexican pizza, which both look like they were prepared in the trunk of one of the employees cars. I ate it anyways and lo and behold I have food poisoning now. I will never eat at this wretched restaurant again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever

I got a Mexican pizza, and usually this Taco Bell is good, but today the Mexican pizza just tasted awful, totally rancid. It was so bitter, like eating something doused in a chemical. I think it was the fried tortilla part, maybe it was old oil, not sure. I got very sick!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I woke up this morning - 6/7/17- and had to violently vomit. I was left dehydrated, dizzy, and a heaviness in my limbs. I am still dizzy and dehydrated, and my limbs hurt - especially my legs.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Dizziness
