I ate the chicken tacos. I had severe food poisoning for 7 days then my intestines started bleeding and doctors said if I would have waited a few more days I could've bled to death.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

2 hard shell Tacos and nachos and cheese. Severe abdominal cramps, fever and chills developed over an 8 hr period. Felt fine before eating. Meat was a little on the cool side when I ate it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Stomach Pain

At around 2pm me and my boyfriend went to taco bell and we both ordered the new triple double crunchwrap. Few hours later we both were very nauseous. I vomitted multiple times but he was just nauseous luckily. I am so disappointed and will not be eating there again.  | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting
