Yesterday through out today so over 24 hours Taco Bell I ordered a chicken taco and two beef tacos And as soon as I finished it, I was so sick. I couldn’t control my stomach at work and continue to have diarrhea while vomiting all night until this evening.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
