Ate there 1 day ago. Was sick within 1 hour. Restaurant was dirty, salsa bar was dirty, trash was everywhere and employees did not clean tables just left the trash on the tables and floor as they just walked by it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Had beef taco plate, with refried beans, rice and tortilla. Used pico de gallo from salsa bar. Also, diet Dr. Pepper from machine. Symptoms appeared within about 3 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Innocently got a chicken fajita quesadilla to go. It was quick, the food looked all slopped together, but I didn't think anything of it until the next day. I felt sick, threw up over ten times, couldn't hydrate because my body was rejecting even water.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
