Got very sick after eating two meat burritos and a taco at taco time on mollala ave in oregon city oregon on oct15 2018 at approx 2pm Ate at 2pm,symptoms started 2 to 3 hours later.i am the only one that ate there.stomach pain,vomiting, diarrhea ,fever,chills  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain

9/3/18 Ate 2 crunchy tacos, a few tater tots, and large ice tea at around 2pm. Felt a little sick by the time we got home in UT. Around 5-6pm started getting nauseous, then vomiting around 6pm. Couldn't keep much down. Went to dr's 9/4/18. She confirmed food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Purchased 2 beef tacos and 1 chicken crisp burrito and house salsa. Purchased at 2:30 pm o Wed 7/18. Started getting stomach cramps wed evening. Woke up before 5am on thu with Diarrhea. Also vomited thu afternoon. As of Fri evening I still have food poisoning symptoms.… See more

Two crisp ground beef burritos, 1 regular ground beef burrito. Iced tea and the regular salsa.

Horrible experience! Three of us were traveling through on business and stopped for a quick bite. By the next evening all three of us were throwing up and had unforgiving diarrhea. This place was the only common denominator in what we ate. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
